I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel that provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The hotel is conveniently located near the local market, making it easy to explore and indulge in some local shopping. The service at this place was exceptional, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to cater to my needs. From prompt room service to impeccable housekeeping, they ensured that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Additionally, the hotel offers an airport shuttle service, making it convenient for travelers like me. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. I particularly enjoyed spending time on the terrace, soaking in the beautiful views.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The first floor terrace
1. Reception staff and some of the service staff not at all friendly and unhelpful. 2. We booked 3 super delux rooms and only 1 was to standard. The geyser broke down in one and we had to shift. in another room, there was no cupboard and a 3rd bed ( not required) and geyser did not work except on 3rd night. 3. No proper receipt was given, though tax was levied.

Nothing at all.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of options, including hot drinks, cereals, fresh fruits, bread, and toasters. the hotel had a great location, close to transportation and many main attractions.
The room service was not up to par and the options for food were limited. I was disappointed that there was no lunch on the day of check-in and that the vegetarian buffet offered no ala carte order for dinner.

The hosts, Madhu Ji and Arvind Ji, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The haveli grounds were spacious and had ample parking. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. We also enjoyed the crackling log fire every night and the special ker sangri dish made on request.
Nothing to dislike.

Staying at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. Its location was perfect, being right in the centre of town, allowed me to easily access all the sights which were within walking distance. the local market was just a stone's throw away. the room was clean and comfortable, with all antique furniture. breakfast was included and tasted delicious, with a great variety of pastries, cereals, cold meats, and fresh fruits.
Sadly, there was one drawback in terms of noise levels as it is located in a lively area.

Really nice people working there. Great location in the city. Room had a nice view of the area and was pretty comfortable.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke and it was really strong. Bathroom was not clean and had a lot of hair from previous guests.
